VIREB Estate Board Update

Single family home sales on Vancouver Island are down 24% from this time one year ago however inventory is down 4% since December.  We are seeing a shortage of good product to sell, this coupled with high demand on the purchasing side could lead to a stronger market than most have predicted.

What's going on for us!

As many of you may already know we have been doing a complete renovation on a cute little home in Willow Point. Previously we have been working through the permitting process as well as hiring and engineer to review the structure of the home.  The knowledge gained throughout this experience will certainly come in handy when our clients are considering a renovation project.  Click below to see some progress pictures!
