Best of all he shows that he cares about us when he personally called to check up on us during the flood just to make sure we were safe. Every new listing that fit our prescription was in our inbox immediately, and showings were booked without any prompting from my wife or I. This contributed to a hassle-free experience. For over four months, Sean showed us homes. We were picky, and we must have seen every new listing in that period of time. Sean didn't express any signs of frustration with us. The home we finally purchased suits our young family and our needs perfectly. On our own, or with a less dedicated realtor, we surely would have settled for something less ideal, but Sean delivered the goods. I strongly recommend Sean as a buying agent, though I am sure he would be equally as suited to selling your home.
